Not by much, mind you, but there is no fee, reimbursement only, so I really don't want to kick in any of my own money. I never expected that one pizza, delivered from one block away, would exceed $25. The guidelines say they'll cover a 2-topping pie, delivery charge, tax, and $2 tip. I only added 1 topping and it's already $24 before tip. Add the tip and I'll have to kick in a buck. That may seem like peanuts but I am on a tight budget right now, every dollar must be accounted for, and I don't pay to mystery-shop! I emailed the scheduler but it's late and I may not hear back. Crap, this was my first shop with them. It's odd that they don't know how much this would cost. They advertised this as a 2-topping pizza, reimbursed, without mentioning that would require kicking in $3.

Yeah, I only do them for money. I don't eat them, there are hungry kids in my neighborhood who like it and they are welcome to it. I did a carryout this afternoon for a $25 fee. It was 9 miles away. I ordered it in my car in the driveway, went to pick it up, came home, snapped photos, filled in the quick report, and got a grade of 10 on it about 3 hours later. But, the old MSC paid higher bonuses. Unfortunately they didn't pay me for the last few months they were in business after the owner killed himself. Oh well. I'll make it up somewhere else.

I guess I'm a moron because I could not predict well enough to schedule a shop based on how my baseball team would perform in advance, but they're not playing in October anyway, because they suck. Can you even use PJ coupons when ordering through grubhub? I have no experience with either.

On my birthday, I dropped into my local PJ (it's probably visible from my window if other buildings weren't in the way, so paying $4 + tip for delivery is ridiculous) for a free cookie pizza. The manager gave me a super secret special code to order online with and get half off any regular priced item. It was still too expensive!

I am Italian from NJ so I basically grew up on pizza. My blood is made of red sauce and my bones are made of pizza crust. I detest corporate pizza.
