Anybody ever had trouble uploading photos to SASSIE?

I've been stumped. I'm working on a regular project, and when I go to upload photos to the Sassie form for one particular company, they won't upload. I load the photo, hit upload, it goes to 100%, then... nothing. It just sits there forever.

I've changed the file type, tried PDFs, three different computers, one phone, shrunk the files, different browsers, sacrificed a goat, just tried everything conceivable.

And it's just this one company where this happens. Dozens of other companies, no problem, no issue. They keep saying it's not on their end (they can open my profile and upload it just fine on their end.) I had a tech-head friend of mine walk me through some troubleshooting and nothing we tried worked.

Has anybody ever had this issue?

I've had an occasional problem uploading to sassie using Safari on my mac. I go to Firefox and the upload works fine.
Right, like I said, tried different browsers (four) on three different computers and one Android phone.

And now a Macbook's Safari browser. Still just sticks at 100%.
Ipsos does this to me. It will start to load and then nada. Or, the photo form will pop up and the status populates at the bottom and I can never load the pic. I end up saving the survey and going down to the bottom to try to upload them just in case. 0_o

Yes. There was something about a security issue that I mistakenly clicked once. I had to unclick it, and everything was fine. It was at the top of the uploading box.
For awhile, I had to use IE because I had messed up Google Chrome and Firefox.
Something like that occurred to me, but I can't find any such options in the upload page. Still, gives me some thoughts.
Twice when it happened to me, I sent the scheduler the photos (different companies). All was fine.

This has happened to me with a couple of different companies. I typically use Google Chrome. But, when this happens I save my answers and open the page in Microsoft Edge. This always works for me, a bit of a pain but not difficult.

YES. Had this happen a lot for Confero. I try IE and if that doesn't work I try Google Chrome (or Vice Versa) and that usually does it but at times it is a pain in the.............
Yes have had this problem but usually, it was while trying to upload from an Android phone.
Most times with Sassie, I have to save the report and then reopen it to submit photos. Works best with Chrome.
