Understandable you could not complete the reports because you didn't have transportation and had a wisdom tooth pulled out, but how hard would it have been to check the website? Also I am not understanding why you don't write down or otherwise record your shop schedule. If you worked a regular job, would you not write down your work schedule?
If someone is able to complete their visits, in this day and age it's not hard to get shops reported since nearly everyone has a computer they could "borrow", or they can go to the library. With post office shops, I submit using my smartphone on the Mobi Audit app (most MSCs that use Shop Metrics have this app available for shoppers). I know not everyone has a smartphone but if you do and aren't using this app to submit shops for the MSC who does phone shops and the post office shops, than you are causing yourself extra time and additional work.
Also, even if you are sick in bed or at home with no transporation, you can email and check websites using your smartphone (if you have one).
