Post Office Waiting Between Shops

So I did two post office shops today and didn’t even think about the 30-minute wait requirement between shops. I remembered after I submitted my first report. Has anyone had them make an exception or do I have to re-do the second one? I’m hesitant to enter the second report because I don’t want both rejected. I emailed the scheduler but I don’t think I’ll hear back over the weekend.

It's best to get a clarification from your scheduler on this one. My interpretation is that the 30 minute break is a hard and fast rule.

These schedulers are often available over the weekend. Put in caps in the subject line: URGENT QUESTION ABOUT COMPLETED SHOP and you should get a pretty quick response. I am pretty sure you are going to have to do a reshop if you didn't wait 30 minutes in between, though. Good luck.
I would not submit the second one, unless you hear from the scheduler, because if you do they will probably both be rejected. I once had a shop rejected even though the scheduler told me it was okay (this was when you couldn't shop within 30 minutes of opening or closing, and it was a small-town location that was only open two hours on Saturdays). I did get paid, though, after complaining to management that the scheduler had okayed it. This was with the previous company.

Not that you should do what I did, but I once misinterpreted the 30 minutes meaning 30 minutes from entry of #1 to entry of #2 and not 30 minutes between shops, and they accepted both reports nor did not comment.
I would re-do it.

I just re-did one today. I got out to the car to enter it on my phone and noticed that it said, "Laptop battery." Doh.
I shipped Girl Scout Cookies to Operation Gratitude. Oh well. It's a good cause.

I went home and made a new package. I drove back and did it correctly. Now I have stamps. It happens.
I had to redo one last week. I thought the hazmat shop dates started Monday, but they didn't start until Wednesday. It wouldn't have been so bad if my package had been rejected but unfortunately, it shipped. sad smiley

There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
Just to be clear: it's 30 minutes from your receipt time on shop #1 to entry time for shop #2.
I was literally a minute early and it invalidated them.

I think you got lucky and it escaped the editor's notice.
