I don’t live near enough a Papa John’s to consider a shop, but from the discription I’d hate the pizza. The pizza origami teepee photos are such an outlandish idea they sound made up, but I’m pretty sure I’ve read about them before here!

I sent numerous photos and they said they had shadows on them. Where does the guidelines even mention shadows? I blew $25 on something I would have never eaten otherwise, and they refuse to reimburse me. They say "The client won't accept the photos with the shadows" but on the other hand, the scheduler said my photos were great. They also said, "When we crop your photos, they get blurry." How is that my fault? First and last pizza shop with this company.

Jas..you really tried so hard to get me to do them....even when I told you they don't give bonus here.....LOL

Aside from the idiot founder, I have no idea why Papa John's even has a mystery shop program. The company doesn't seem to be making any improvements to its brand. The pizza HAS to be one of the lowest quality in the industry. They've been the most under-cooked & consistently soggy pizza that I've ever tasted. I stopped eating it altogether due to constantly tasting uncooked dough with toppings.
Funny, I remember being told to hand them out to the homeless...LOL@JASFLALMT wrote:
I don't remember doing that. What I remember is justifying why I did them when you posted in the forum they weren't worth anyone's time, so I let you know that I found them worth my time (by telling you how much they bonused here). I remember you saying that they didn't pay great bonuses in your area, and I never said you should do one.

@Want985 I'm sorry Want, but Papa John's pizza has tasted undercooked for sometime now. I'm not alone in experiencing this. It just tastes doughy.
Does anyone remember the free pizza that Papa John's gave at the IMSC conference in Atlanta of 2013 (or 2014)? 50 free pizzas, and a lot of complaints about undercooked food. The bathrooms were certainly busy that day at the Melia Hotel!
There is a "reason" why he's your ex...and that sounds like a good one.@catlassy wrote:
The pizza taste and texture is GREATLY enhanced if you take your shop pizza and slam it in a pipeing hot oven to finish cooking. you get a crispy yummy flaky crust and NOT that MS shop pale, floppy, limp, (wait a minute- that's my ex.) pizza and turn it into tasty just by cooking it more.

Are they franchises? Maybe I live near a good owner, mine are cooked perfect and taste amazing. There is more than one company who shop these, maybe one msc and not the other has been successful in showing the company the improvements needed.

I used to do pj shops, then the company I had done them with went out of business. How can I find out which company does their shops now? I know it says I can't reveal, but where on the internet can I look to find out how to find a PJ shop again?
