Open the RQA app.
Click on the dark blue box with white letters that says "My Projects"
Click on one of your locations
Click on the grey box with the black letters that says "Info"
The PDF should open on your phone; you need Adobe Acrobat reader on your phone
In the upper box there is a "Share" Icon, looks like a less than sign or sideways letter V
Up pops an "Invite People" (Link) with various options
Click on To: and enter your email address
Send it to yourself (obviously lol)
Open your email and click on the email you just sent
Click on the medium blue box with white letters that says "View"
This action will open up the pdf with the instructions, including the LOA, in the document cloud
In the upper right hand corner, you will see the download link; it looks like a down pointing arrow pointing to a mattress (sort of)
Download that document to your computer
