Five Guys Online Shop Reporting Questions

Doing my first online five guys shop and am running into some issues. For my receipt I have my email receipt and the pick-up receipt that was on the bag but that does not have the dollar amount so I am planning to submit them both to cover my bases. Is that how people normally do it? Also the times are giving me an issue. I put the time in and out as the actual times in/out of the restaurant. But when I get asked the time on the receipt they are obviously before that. So I am getting a flag that it doesn't fall within the time period and to explain. Do you just explain that it was an online order and giving all the timing details?

Thanks!

I think the time in/out is the time you entered/left the restaurant. I think the receipt I uploaded was the one that I usually get at the register which has the line item description and total amount of the order. This is what I remember I did. Read your instructions, it should be clear, it was for me.

I think your issue is you don't have the regular receipt. Try submitting both receipts and contact the helpdesk.

Seems weird that they would want me to go to the register to get a receipt when the point of the on-line shop is to skip waiting in line and go straight to pick-up. We'll see what happens.
Did you well, send a note to them about the issue?

Submit both receipts, enter the information in the notes wherever you can, AND contact helpdesk with an explanation.
When i get to the store i am greeted by the cashier who prints out the receipt for me. That is where i am handed the cup for the drink.
If you read the guidelines they tell you to go to the pick up area and ask for a receipt. The guidelines include what else to do depending on the response.

I have to check but I report the time in based on the flow of the questions. The automatic response implies using the time you started to place your order.

I submitted my email receipt and pick-up receipt and I sent a message to the Help Desk. They said they would add notes to the report and it got approved. The guidelines specifically say to go directly to the pick-up counter so that's what I did. The employee at the pick-up counter gave me my cup so I never went near the cashier area. Clearly it was my fault that I assumed the receipt on the bag was the one needed for the report. But still seems counterintuitive to have to go back to wait in line for a receipt but live and learn.
Their instructions don't cover all the possible situations that may come up. Good that you got paid.
The guidelines say to ask for the receipt while at the pickup counter. Ask once, and report accordingly. No need to go wait at the register.

As long as you ask once, you are fine regardless.

No matter how many times you ask and in how many different threads, the answer is the same, "We are not allowed to tell you." Sorry.

You actually started your shop when you picked up your phone to place the order. The receipt they ideally want is the cash register receipt, even for an APP shop. If they do not offer the cash register receipt -ask for one, even for the online shop. They know (or should know) to give you a cash register receipt- and without asking, even for an online shop. There is no need to go to the register again--just ask him for it when you pick up your food- and let HIM/HER go get it.
