Bed Bath & Beyond Reimbursement

I was curious about the $15 gift reimbursement for BBB. I've done this shop numerous times and have always bought one item. However, recently I I bought 2 towels (about $8 ea) and was reimbursed $15. This last time I bought 4 small towels (at $5) and looks like my reimbursement will be only $5 according to my payment history. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks for any helpsmiling smiley)

That doesn't make sense. I spent way more buying 4 place mats and napkins each and was reimbursed $15.00. Double check the payment history and e-mail the scheduler if necessary.
I think you are saying that you bought 4 small towels for a total of $5. In that case you spent $5, a nd you are being reimbursed for spending $5. You can't be reimbursed for money you didn't spend.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
please can you tell me where i can find the mystery shopper test , and what about this website i did not understand any thing from it
Doubtful that it was 4/$5 at BBB ;-). Even their clearance washcloths were $6 the last time I shopped there.

They are intentionally overpriced because if you're not using a 20% off coupon as a normal customer you probably don't have a mailbox. I haven't shopped a Bad Breath & Beyond in ages and I still get their coupons.

FYI washcloths are $2 a set at Target every Thanksgiving weekend. They make for good dust rags after about 6 months.
