I have done about 5..Very simple. Submit a web lead after selecting the correct location. Reserve a unit. Let them call and let the call go to voicemail. Call them back using the recorded line and say you need information on their storage facilities. They would ask a few questions like the date and what items you need to store. The call barely takes a minute or two. Fill out the report immediately. Done.
You have to use a different phone number if you do more than one shop. You cannot listen to the recorded call either. The narrative is very easy though.
I know but I asked the scheduler and she said it was okay as long as they were submitted on different dates. I did 5 of those and they were approved without problems.
