Medicare Phone Call Shop

Hello! I was considering doing a Medicare phone shop. I have done very few phone calls and no lengthy ones (this is around 15 minutes). I wasn't sure if I could post the name of MS company. If anyone has any experience with this type of call, I would appreciate any feedback.

I have not seen any of these, but phone shops for 15 minutes should be at least $10. However, it depends on the MSC. I have done other insurance calls for more, but those calls are hard to find. If there isn't a long narrative it might be less. The writing for me means it should be worth more.

I have done about 10 of those. Easy and after you have done it once, the rest are pretty easy. The guidelines state the answers to the questions that a shopper has to ask. So, it's basically checking if the agent provided the correct and full answer to your query. The summary of the call has to be given at the end which is basically the three questions you asked and the answers that were given by the agent. It is not a recorded call so make sure you take notes. Most of the time, the agent says exactly what is given in the guidelines so I basically tick off each item as the call progresses.
