This month is supposed to be a training period for these shops but I think it is a training period for the MSC, not the shoppers. I completed 3, one of which was the second brand, not BP. With the original MSC the instructions were to audit it the same as BP, therefore I treated this shops the same way for the new company. I received an email saying that this was not a BP and I should have taken an overall picture and indicated that the station was not a BP and a closed location. I responded to the email explaining why I did a full audit and received a reply that they will double check with the client regarding the procedure they want.
Another curious thing is that there are hundreds of shops available but the due date is 12/5, yesterday.
I hope they get past the training period and can work the flaws out.
I did a little fishing with the old MSC and either the schedulers have no clue that they lost the contract (probably the case) or they have been told to not say anything.
