JM Ridgeway: Need assistance for unpaid shop

Who can I contact for nonpayment of a successful shop completion for JM Ridgeway? There is no information on the website and the scheduler said she would not be able to help me and to contact the company. Does anyone have the email address? Thank you!

Editing. I was paid! I never received notice from JM Ridgeway or from Paypal about the transaction/payment a week ago, but I did receive! Later than the promised 3 days, but I did receive payment.

Who's your scheduler, please?

My payments from JM Ridgeway seem to be all messed up this month. They show five jobs paid on 12/4 but I only received payment for one through PayPal on 12/7. I'm waiting to see if the others are coming by check or if PayPal was delayed since it seems they have been having some payment processing issues lately.

If you look under the Mystery Shopping Companies section, you will see how one shopper handled the issues she had with the company.
