What am I missing...I have Facebook to keep up with relatives as we're spread over three states. I get to see Grandkids, my daughter's work and travel stuff and have been on for seven years without incident. I get an ad from Jacob on his magazine, but if I don't accept them as a friend, they CANNOT get into my Facebook,
only the first page which says nothing of interest and I have a phoney email there....I never use Facebook for my work, or talk about MS'ing, my family wouldn't understand. Facebook is for personal use (not work) for me and keeps me connected with those I love who live afar. What's the big deal, they have settings which are in your control only.. I find in many cases, those that don't know or participate in the subject, are always scared, lighten up, your o.k....
P.S. I found an awsome foodie group, have sold stuff on a site there in my town and many useful things I needed,
plus a private PM (like here) to make arrangements for breakfast with an old friend, and found out who's safe through our fires and would not give it up....a great source of connection on many different levels for me....
but different strokes......
Live consciously....
