I wouldn't say "mostly" but Bestmark has quite a few phone shops. There's also typically some listed on iSecretShop, but that's just an aggregate site for many, many companies that use the Shopmetrics platform.

Intellishop and Bestmark.

I've found that the price of some phone shops have gone down about a third for the same amount of work. The shops do get taken up fairly quickly.

I think most mscs have some phone shops

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
