Five Guys delivery to Library, Hospital, or Recreation Center weird?

I don't think so. I've thought about just having it delivered to a hotel lobby and putting a note that I'm waiting outside or something like that. So take my opinion with a grain of salt if you think the above is weird.
I saw an ad recently from one of the delivery companies we have here showing a delivery to a park...so no, I think many of them are trying to expand their business to just about anywhere. Just make sure to give really clear directions to where you will be. And I would check with the respective msc to make sure it is okay with them.

Will check on theses logistics.
My sister delivers for FG through Uber Eats and she says it goes to college students oftentimes (campus). Surprisingly, she said people don't order much. They're willing to pay delivery fee and tip just for small orders in her experience.
So, a small order would not be weird - that I do know.

Hotels, hospitals, dorms, office buildings, bars, and public spaces all work and you can ask to meet outside when they arrive. It's totally normal. Pretty much any place that does not serve its own food would work.

I would do them in these locations, but only sparingly. I like FG and their bonuses. I would never want to put myself in jeopardy of being outed and not be allowed to shop a store anymore.
I've gone out of my way sometimes to avoid detection by taking months off in a row to let others do the shops when I've felt someone was possibly on to me at that store. Anything other than a regular hours dine-in shop means I'll only do those types once or twice a year or so (if that!....I don't do online ever).

I have never done a Five Guys delivery, but if the delivery is done by a third party (Uber Eats, Postmates, etc.), it makes no difference. They would never report you back to the store even if somehow they thought you were...at a hospital too often?
I totally respect your approach. It is good to remain anonymous. Just remember that you are always more memorable from your perspective. Even if you visit a place once a week, there are people who are there every. single. day. I would take a sign of being outed if staff stiffen up when they see you and start trying too hard. It is incredibly obvious when that happens. The saddest part is that they will still miss points.

I just did a hotel shop where I was required to order from Grubhub, Uber Eats or any 3rd party service to make sure they did NOT bring it to my room. Either a hotel employee was supposed to or I was supposed to meet them in the lobby. So anyone who delivers regularly would be aware that 'most' hotels probably have this policy and guests meet them in the lobby all the time.

... and whether there is a thunderstorm alert, or it is raining cats and dogs (figuratively, of course), or whether there is a tornado warning, or if there is a blizzard. Planning on delivery to an outdoor location is definitely weather dependent.
