Five Guys phone order when you can't place the order?

I just tried doing a Five Guys shop but the phone number on the shop was disconnected. I filled out the survey. What can I expect in terms of a fee? The $3 closed location fee?

FWIW the report wasn't as long. I just stated when I called and what happened and that was the end of the survey. I also never left my house, and I'm quite certain I'll get reassigned this location before too long!

Did you look up the store online to see if a different phone number was listed? I always use the current number provided by Five Guys on their website or App.

Turns out I was paid the full, heavily bonused fee (with of course zero reimbursement).
