Interesting. What has that done to tipping norms of 15-20%?

In CA, the servers are getting $14-$15/hour plus tips.
Nothing. We still tip 20%

I just took the April curbside shop and noticed that the guidelines say "● The tipping requirement is 10%." There had been discussion earlier that tipping was not required.

I'm going back to the one I did in January where the food was good, and they only forgot the veggies for my chicken sandwich. Hopefully they'll get it right this time. I'll check the food in my car before leaving to make sure it is.

It's in the guidelines to tip 10% at least if it's curbside/carryout. I wouldn't want my shop to be rejected over something like that.

Maybe we are shopping for different MSCs; my guidelines do not mention tipping. (I just double-checked).
I just took one, and it definitely says 10% in the guidelines. This is the one with three required photos.
I still have the guidelines when I did my take out shop last month and I did not see where it says you need to top10 %. We don't have carside so we have to go inside and pick up.
Many added outdoor seating last year. I’d call your local location and ask. A big pod just appeared next to my closest location which I hope means the tent is returning shortly, as I’m not going to do any more indoor dining until my second vaccine kicks in mid-May. Last night I was there picking up takeout and I could see the Sassie scored report that clients get hanging on the back wall.

Read some posts above yours - there are updated guidelines

Kim
I am signed up for a curbside shop. In the guidelines, it states that you need to tip 10%. This was not there the last time I did a curbside shop for them, so the guidelines have changed.
I'm unclear on the difference between the 2nd and 3rd photos. They look like they could be the same, depending on what you order.
Panama, if you get, say, chili or rice as a side and they have lids, those lids are closed in the second photo and open in the third. Last night I did one and I had the butter lids closed in the second and open in the third. The shop was quickly approved.
