LOL. If I had a clue, I'd get right on it!
How do you keep track of everything MS?

ceasesmith, you are in dubious company... grinning smiley I have not yet built a spreadsheet. I have ledgers, copies of everything including receipts, collateral, and even some old and/or unnecessary stuff, and printouts of online information. It's a little fussy. Unless/until I get the software I want, I am sticking with my old school method. Software and digitized information are in my future...

A ledger is a hard copy spreadsheet.

I'm old school, too. I have my "hard copy spreadsheet".

For the first time in years, I have a known beginning and ending mileage. (long story about unhelpful cars)

You can always sign up for a free QuickBooks account as an accountant; I use it to record my transactions and it works decently well. I prefer the desktop version for functionality, but free is free.
Great idea!

Yeah I use QuickBooks self-employed and it works great. Auto tracks mileage and I can filter transactions by business personal or split. Then I just plugged the information into the spreadsheet just for my own benefit.
