Have any of you had trouble with the Wells-Fargo online scheduling? I've been trying to do a shop for two weeks! This is one where you go online to make the appointment, but the W-F scheduling system is all screwed up. For days on end, it showed no appointments available at all. When I called to make the appointment, I couldn't reach a "live" person. The scheduler re-scheduled the shop for me, and finally, late last week, I was able to make the appointment online--which was confirmed on the screen. Today we're having a snowstorm, which is supposed to peak right when my appt. was scheduled for. (I have no problems driving in snow, being from western NY, but down here they have no clue how to deal with the roads, it gets icy, and folks down here don't know how to drive in this weather!).
Anyway, I called the branch to reschedule the appointment, and the banker told me she didn't see one scheduled for me for today. She said they're having problems with that online scheduling system and nobody knows when it'll be fixed. So... Good thing I didn't just show up there. I emailed the scheduler, and I hope she sees the email and extends the due date. It would be kinda weird if I had to cancel an appt. to replace a damaged debit card and didn't reschedule! LOL. "Oh, never mind, my cracked card still works."
I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
