Five Guys- three shops at same time?!?

Good morning,
I used the "make an offer" and I was literally assigned three Five Guys shops between 11:15- 3:45 and one during the dinner hours. I thought we could only complete one shop per time period. Any idea if this was a mistake? I normally apply for a few and they will give me one. Thanks!

Congrats on 3 successful MAOs!

We still can't do more than one shop during the same meal period. Just change your dates.

I can't change the dates. I'm in this area only on weekends and am driving 200 miles home on Sunday. They wouldn't take them if I did them all today?
Then why would they assign three for the same meal period? I'm at a loss here.

Could I complete a lunch shop and then a dinner shop in the same day? Thanks.

Lunch, dinner and late night in one day is ok. Two
at the same time equals rejected on both
Then why would they schedule two at the same time if this is their policy? I don't get it.

I just heard back from them and was told only one shop during one lunch period. I can't reschedule during the days they have. Will this now be held against me in my shopper score? This is crazy.
Canceling with the Msc is not that big of a deal. They'll let you assign anything you want it, it's up to you to know the rules or reschedule accordingly. I've had schedulers do it to me on the phone too. most of the time there's other dates available so you just reschedule one of them but in your case, it's a little different.
I appreciate everyone's replies. They cancelled one of the shops. This was a first, having all of these shops assigned. I'm surprised they would assign shops that would violate their own policies!
Niner, I had often wondered if this could happen so I've only put in one offer at a time. Now I know I had reason to be cautious. Thank you for letting us know!
Unless you are really really new to shopping. You do the shops and have been doing them for a while now so you should have known better than to grab 3 shops for the same time period and dates. But if not better to have asked and learned than have them all invalidated.
This is what the MSC's guidance is in their shop limits article:

"If our Scheduling Department gives conflicting information regarding how many shops may be completed in a certain period, please e-mail XXXXXXXXX before you proceed. Ultimately, the Shopper is responsible for his/her shop assignments, so please let our Help Desk resolve any conflicts before you do the shop(s)."
Niner did start off by explaining what caused the quandry...

The MSC made a mistake, which has now been fixed. It was their mistake. Your shopper rating should not be affected. (If, for some reason, the MSC made a mistake again by lowering your shopper rating, you would not know anyway. So, why fret over it?)

You brought up the possibility of a mistake in the first post in this thread. People make mistakes, and the MSC probably has more than one person scheduling shops at the same time.

Move on, please.

Don’t overthink it. There’s probably different schedulers that coordinate through this and it’s an oversight.

Just cancel which ones you can’t do and explain the situation. Shouldn’t be an issue.
