What is the favorite reimbursed item you have ever gotten on a mystery shop

Soooo many, here are just a few:

1) Oil changes & Maintenance on our cars for the last 5 years
2) Kitchen supplies from Ace Restaurant Supply Store
3) 100% for Progressive Glasses for me and same for mom
4) Airfare to visit family

And most important - all those 5 star dinners that I was able to share with my mom, godmother, sis, and dh. These were priceless bits of time.

Would loooooove to find any airfare/ticket shops. My guess is most of those went away when COVID hit, or I just haven't found the MSCs for it yet. sad smiley

To stick with airports/flying - the airport parking shops have been fantastic for me, and have saved me quite a bit of money in just a short period of time. Oddly enough, I had been already parking in the same garage for 1-2 years prior to finding out they were mystery shopped.

Other than that, the majority of shops I've done have been for lunch/dinners. Always a good time when you can get together with a friend, catch up on life, have great food, all the while being paid & then reimbursed your expenses. Also enjoyed a lot of the take-out, delivery and drive-thru shops over the past few months. Hope those don't go away now that restaurants are back to (near) normal capacity.
I would have to say my oil changes from the car dealership, Bosch windshield wipers, Ugg rain boots, suede boots, lots of Five Star Restaurants, Family Fun Events, enough cleaning products to share with my best friend, grilling products, BBQ Sauce, cases of water, portion for a new phone, Blaze Pizza, parking downtown Chicago, and my favorite Malala scarf Toms donated 100% of the profit to the Malala Fund to support girls’ empowerment through education.

I am waiting for the next exciting opportunity!

Currently it's bottled water...my daughter's graduation party is next weekend and the multiple bottles of water I am acquiring as my purchase for gas audits will be used for that. Currently I am at over 130 assignments since 5/1. Also, gas and oil changes for her vehicle (she drives a mini-van 60 miles per day so the fact that I can have someone else pay the gas is very helpful). I also satisfy my Oreo Cookie fix with 6 packs as reimbursement and buy daughter and hubby a regional soda brand when I find it in my travels. I can also tell you which brand and which gas stations are the cleanest and available in my metro area (not a purchase but very helpful information). We also discovered Mod Pizza through this job and when my daughter was in middle school she liked the fact that I would treat her to Buffalo Wild Wings. Last year I did a bunch of hardware stores and I would then buy and donate the supplies that my daughter needed for her Girl Scout Gold Award (saved a bunch of fund raising time). I also have succeeded in never paying shipping for out of town cookie customers for the last several years, ever since the USPS assignments became "ship whatever you want".

Congrats to your daughter on her graduation especially after a very non typical school year.

Love MOD pizza. I did many shops for them in 2019. High quality ingredients with options of GF DF pizza.

My best was airfare fully reimbursed by MSC A which I used to get from city B where I had been shopping for MSC B to city C where I completed shops for MSC C.
I miss my reimbursed Lucy Sunshines.

Some years ago I was reimbursed something like $400 for spending a night at an ancient but classy hotel in Hartford. Sadly, it is my understanding now that the place no longer exists.

When I worked in the city, I would rotate between Chipotle, MOD Pizza, Roti and 5Guys. I would get a nice exercise walk in and have lunch for a few days.

A fancy meal at an upscale resort in Utah overlooking the wedding of a billionaire's daughter. I snuck some photos of the billionaire, whose business touches most of our lives.
@HonnyBrown Couple of years ago, every week on Tuesday I used to shop Roti. Didn't make lunch for like 2 months!
Lion's Den shops with the upped reimbursement of $45 plus $15 pay.... still usually ends up being a 'coupon' for me.......

I almost forgot. We went to a dairy and pig farm in Indiana for a whole day. Fully reimbursed meals, tour tickets, and cheese that I could take home. That was a good summer day.

Fair Oaks is fun! I live about 45 minutes north of there and go regularly.... it's yummy ice cream (and yes, I've done the shop a few times)
@luckygirl0100..Oh, so we are neighbors! I love Fair Oaks too. Perhaps, when things get a little better, I'll take the shop again. I agree, their ice cream is out of this world.
I am trying to stop following this topic. It says I have to reply to do so..

? I do not follow topics. However, I think I know to undo that action-- or at least try something. If you click to edit a thread or click to reply, will you bring up another opportunity with the follow topic option? In those situations, would you have an opportunity to click the "follow option" box and undo the action? ?

Two things come to mind:
1) Most of my shops are solo visits, but I did one or two Five Guys shops back in the day where I could take one of the kids along. Kiddo's meal wasn't included in the reimbursement of course, but the daddy/daughter or daddy/son burger-and-fries time was nice.
2) Kolaches (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolach) at a revealed gas station shop. Reimbursement wasn't nearly enough to cover them all, of course, but texting "I'm at REDACTED NAME OF KOLACHE PLACE for a shop. Y'all want anything?" was good for family morale winking smiley
