Five Guys delivery shop?

It has a $15 reimbursement for Delivery, Service Fee, + Tip. What delivery do you use, and what can you actually buy that keeps under the reimbursement with having to pay all those things? The fee is $5.

I use DoorDash for most food deliveries. I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred Card, so I get DashPass free with that. Usually it's something like - spend $12, get free delivery. It also cuts down on the service fee.

From my Five Guys DD delivery earlier this week...delivery, service fee & tip were under $5. Sadly, the meal itself cost more than the $15 reimbursement allotted for food.
I would like to do a delivery shop for another place (Not 5 Guys) but they require for us to use DD. I will not use DD b/c most of them here do not follow the rules and do not dress nice.

I do have one friend who work for DD that follows the rules and they dress nice.

@ FineandDandy. I hope the DD drivers where you live follow the rules
I
My amex platnum comes with a $15 uber credit each month. Since I don't user Uber unless I am traveling I use the credit for UberEats and the 5 Guys delivery.

Don't plan on actually enjoying the food when you get it. Its usually wretched. Especially the fries.
I use Uber eats, and it's easy to keep the delivery fees, tip, etc. below $15. The trick is keeping the meal below the reimbursement amount, especially if you order a milkshake. Of course, that's also the case with the non-delivery shops.
I love the fries too but by the time they are delivered they are yuck! We usually throw them in the air fryer to warm them up. It helps but they are the same as fresh. sad smiley

Quote was talking about the receipt they get with their order not being acceptable to the MSC because it did not have the pricing details.
I always use the emailed receipt from the delivery service, or the receipt on their app/website. It's all itemized and never a problem.

I also have the DashPass trough CSR, but I don't see a lot of benefit to using it for these shops since the only ones that benefits are the MS company/FG and it costs me in rebates. The $15 covers the fees even without DashPass. Now, if they would allow us to tip $10 to max out the reimbursement, that would be nice (I'm not sure if they will, although I don't think it says anything about the maximum tip). Or better yet, use it towards the food overage. I do always tip the maximum amount that is an option on the site, typically $5. Really no reason not to so long as it's covered.

I have a situation where I loaded a $25 DD gift card to my account, expecting to use it for the FG shop. But when I go to place an order, it just shows up as a credit and the order total is much lower than expected. I do not want to take a chance of the MS company not reimbursing me in full, so I created another DD account to use for FG shops. I do not get the DashPass benefit on that account, but not really a big deal since that's covered.

The big benefit to using the CSR card on this shop is that we get $60/year credit on DoorDash purchases, and these qualify.

Wouldn't say yuck, but they're clearly not as good as they are fresh. But the same can be said of the burgers. I am always confused when the form expects us to say that the food was hot when we got it. Unless you live five minutes away, it seems like that is going to be impossible.

I noticed on their website that they tell you to reheat the fries in the oven at a certain temp and time to refresh them once delivered.
