Is there a way around Five Guys not delivering to your area?

There's a Five Guys delivery shop for $10 that is always there. I checked my zip code on their website and it says they don't deliver to me. Could I go to somewhere nearby like another store or a library and have it delivered there? My kids love Five Guys shops so this would be fun for them.

This is a case where you can't see the guidelines until after you're assigned the shop.

I would e-mail the help-desk forthwith.

But perhaps another shopper will chime in here; good luck!
You are allowed and even encouraged to have it delivered somewhere else. Just be sure that you are there when the delivery person arrives, and that deliveries are allowed wherever you pick. I am sure that they make deliveries to people waiting for their car to be repaired at a service station. Food delivered to a library? The parking lot perhaps, but they have to be able to find you. And you might end up being there for an hour or more waiting. Our experience with food delivery services is that can sometimes be well over an hour before they appear.

I live 4 minutes from Five Guys and it takes them 20 to 25 minutes to deliver it to me, after picking order up. One time i had to get a shake and it was melted when I got ut
Go to a library, an office park, a store, a laundromat, etc.

I was in this situation with another msc. I went to a friends house who was in the delivery area and had it delivered there . That worked out well if you can find someone. I waited outside and chatted with her as it was covid. With older kids who will not distract you perhaps you can go to a playground that is easily found so at least you have something to do while you wait and your kids are right there to eat with you. The one time I did a five guys delivery it took 20 minutes and it was all cold when it arrived plus missing an item.

Just do not go to another restaurant.

I've seen employees of X restaurant have food delivered from Y restaurant. Likely only so many times a week one wants to eat the same menu one serves.
It has to be delivered to a building.

There are some hotels near it, do you think we could get away with waiting in the lobby?? I could go scope it out first, it would be fun!

I think this is a great idea! People definitely have takeout delivered to hotels all of the time. Confirm with the helpdesk that it's OK, just in case.
Check with the hotel to make sure that they currently allow people who are not guests into the lobby. Also, check to make sure that the lobby currently has chairs (many hotels removed them to discourage people from congregating there and you may have a long wait).

When I was delivering pizza, I delivered to servers in many other restaurants! Sonic ordered pizza; Chili's, Applebee's, etc.

I really disliked delivering to restaurants. Unlike servers who have food delivered to their homes, servers on duty are lousy (I mean LOUSY) tippers. I got to where I dreaded those orders -- $100 worth of pizza, zero tip!

But yes, never a raised eyebrow to an order to be delivered inside a restaurant, or even, literally, "I'll be waiting at the door".

I have mine delivered to work sometimes. I don't think I would go out of may way to do a hotel or someplace weird. Maybe a library if they will let you have food. How about a park at a picnic table?
Can't speak specifically to Five Guys, but I have had food delivered to libraries, hospitals, Office Bldgs, parks, even a grocery store. Just instruct them you will be out front dressed in whatever you're wearing never had problem or rejection. I use this often when the shop is bonused and I don't live in the area. Have used this method several times when route shopping out of town.
