USPS New Requirements Certification?

I think that the shops won't show up unless the rotation has been met. At least that's been my experience. If you see it posted, it should be good to go.

"The guidelines still have the 18-day interval per location but November is currently self-assign. How do I know whether someone else has shopped any site within 18 days? "

My personal interpretation of the 18 day rotation is:

The location has a date range of October 28--November 1 and *I* shop it November 1 . The next range is November 14--17. I can not shop it because 18 days have not passed. But *Helena* can shop it because it has been more than 18 days since she was at that location.
I didn't even think about it that way, Rho. Could very well be. Sure wish I could get a scheduler to confirm! Thanks.

Yes, that's the way I've always interpreted it as well.
I can't speak for how the scheduler for the other half of the country handles things, but I am not putting wave two shops on the job board until they can be shopped. Once you are assigned you are good to shop.
This certification is very annoying -- the pictures are not clear and the situations would be clear if you were in a location able to see customers together as one party or if a workstation was in use with the employee temporarily away.

Seems like it would deter many from accepting after providing logical answers to this cert and failing without any direction.
That one picture gets me every time. It’s always one less than I think for how many in line. Not clear at all.
For me the issue with the pictures of "number of people in line" assume you live in a location where those not yet ready to mail are not in line and when they are done they go to the back of the line. . Where I live the line passes right by the work table so many people work on finishing up their packaging and addressing while they wait in line. Same thing happens in banks here. They finish their form filling while in line not before heading to the line. They need a video so we can see whether those at the work table move ahead with the line or not. lol
