Awesome! I'm doing on-site Sassie platform gas station shops this evening in the mountain time zone. Great timing!

Why don't they do maintenance overnight? Why do maintenance during working hours? Just another piece of evidence that mystery shopping companies and the platforms they use dont really care about shoppers.

With the short notice, I'm guessing it was more than normal maintenance. Probably an issue that needed to be fixed and couldn't wait.

And they’re back up

I wish it would have been on the msc's homepage. I was three-quarters of the way through a long report and although I saved, it still lost most of my work because of the refresh. Now I get to rewrite an hour's worth of work....
