Phone Tag

I have been trying to do a law firm shop where the main focus is to determine what law firms do with their leads. I have been working on this shop since yesterday afternoon. I spent a good hour playing phone tag back and forth with the intake department. I would leave a voicemail, then they would call and because it has to be recorded, I have to try calling back, and then I get voicemail again. I didn't hear anything for 24 hours so I made one final try and emailed the scheduler. Sure enough, I get a phone call from the intake department again. I'm over this!! How much is a reasonable effort before emailing the scheduler and saying enough is enough. I can keep playing phone tag tomorrow and Friday but I have medical testing next week and I'm not sure I can keep playing.

I feel your pain. I have several shops right now that involve multiple call attempts and the need to record those calls. I tried yesterday and today and left a voicemail just now for the last one. (Yesterday was ugly.) Yes, I have to record the calls using the MSC's website and so I will have to call the person back if they call me back. I wish I could just record the calls and upload the files to the report, but nooooooooooooo. sad smiley
