Am I the only one who finds Gigspot infuriating??

The search is horrible. It's incredibly hard to schedule a route. But I feel like I'm stuck with it because so many MSC's use it, it would take forever to check each company individually. Anyone gave pro tips for the Gigspot challenged?

No, you are not. Many tried Gigspot and have gone back to Shopmetrics traditional interface.

I still felt like there are a lot more shopmetrics jobs I was not finding since I am sure there were quite a few that never used it. But I guess I still have surprises to look forward to once I find more hidden companies.

Are most of the shops on GigSpot available on ShopMetrics? I am also frustrated with the GigSpot interface but was led to believe that once you were on it you could not change to SM. If that is not true please advise how to make the transition. Thanks.

I'm on it now and cannot for the life of me scroll down to see anything! I keep reducing the zoom on my screen but then I can't see anything once it opens. So frustrating! Anyone else having this glitch?

I didn't like it, but now that they're listing external shops, I'm kind of liking it. It's easier to try to build a route having access to those external shops.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

I've only done super short shops on it and it was...ok from an interface perspective, but it kept trying to sync with the companies for some reason, when I was in an area with low speeds trying to get a shop done.

I’m trying to figure out how to get out of this too… it’s an absolutely horrible interface and is hard to search. 90 pct of my jobs are with Sassie companies simply because of JobSlinger — I wish GigSpot was similar. It’s almost as though they tried too hard to make it slick — and it fails as basic searching and scheduling… I’d rather go back to checking each ShopMetrics company manually.

I have no idea how anyone can build a route on this app. It doesn't even have a map view. I can't figure out how to delete. I just sent an email and asked.

I can't stand it. I know I'm missing on seeing shops that are available.

I spent three hours tonight manually adding all my shopmetrics accounts to mobiaudit. I have having another dang app on my phone, but at least it has a map view.

I got my account deleted and spent several hours manually updating my profile with each company. There are way more shops available that Gigspot was showing me. It was PITA but I'm glad I did.
