Arco Shop won't Let Me Submit

Anyone else having issues with the survey for the Arco shop? It keeps saying that I need to change my price because I cannot add any characters such as a dollar sign, but I only have the total price including the decimal point. I've even tried to moving the decimal point and it still gives me this error. I reached out to the scheduler and still have not heard anything. I don't know how else to submit this since it keeps giving me the error message. I've done shop this many times before and I've never had this problem.

They don't usually work weekends so I'm sure they will get back to you first thing Monday morning. They also are very forgiving when there are issues so I'm pretty sure there will be no issues with the report being 'late'...

Are you using Gigspot or the regular Shopmetrics page?
Try putting '0' in for the reimbursement & the scheduler can change this later. I've known Gigspot to be full of these issues but hardly ever on the Shopmetrics page.

You could also try using a different computer or even using MobiAudit to submit. (I personally use MobiAudit for about 99.9% of the work I do with that MSC)
Thanks I'll try that. I got ahold of the scheduler and they fixed it but I have more shops coming up and I'm wondering if I'll have the same problem.
