Has anyone gotten paid by IPSOS? My payments are late

If you go over to the "Mystery Shopping Company Discussion" board, this is being discussed. Sassie IPSOS payments were delayed from 3/15 to 3/18. I haven't gotten mine yet but the last time I got paid by IPSOS for Sassie shops it was not until mid-late afternoon.
No, my shop log says paid on the 15th but it never came through on my end. I also received an email on the 15th that says they were having Issues with Sassie payments and they would be delayed until Friday the 18th, but Shopmetrics payments would go through as normal on the 15th. Today is the 18th and after 1pm...still have not received that deposit as of yet. I trust they will be paid because I do alot of work for them, to the tune of approximately 1k per week, sometimes more and have never had an issue. But, with that being said....I need my deposit soon so I can get on the road, as I am a travelling auditor.
They sent an email on the 15th I think letting us know there was an issue and that we would be paid today. I sent them a couple of messages but never heard back

I was crazy-busy. Hitting my first gas station at 6:30 AM, last one at 7:30 PM most days. It was between 5-15F in my area, darn near froze my hand to my smartphone. That’s why I’m a little salty about this pay situation.

ColoKate- I hear you! This two faced behavior by IPSOS has just got to stop. all their clients should be "informed" about their MSC's unethical treatment of independent contractors. I was willing ( not happy about it) to give them a break for these last three days....but now it is not looking good, unless they are going to work from Friday night through Sunday in NYC....if that happens, good, if it doesn't...not so good at all!
It would have been considerate to send us an update of some sort. I am very disappointed with them. I sent them a message at 12:49 pm CST and received no response as of yet. I utilized their chat per their suggestion later in the day and the system could not help and advised me that they would contact me. Again I never heard back as of yet.

No payment as of yet for me from this platform I received payment under their other platform. Thanks for checking and looking out for us

I emailed them at 9:32 pm est to say there was nothing in my PayPal account and I needed my funds. Within 20 minutes I received an email saying the money has been added now along with an email from PayPal. Maybe everybody should email them. It worked for me!
I think I will try that! I sent an email to a Field Supervisor about the issue, and I am awaiting a response. I realize my $100 is not alot to some folks, but it is to me and represents having the co-payment for my much needed inhalers. I am not familiar with working for free, and do not plan on starting now.
Wonder how Ipsos, the mulimillion dollar company, would feel if THEIR clients paid their invoices this way?
My bank won't give a hoot if i explain why my payment is late, they don’t care, it's not their problem.
This is just another way Ipsos lets us know we are not valued.

What email did you use? I sent them messages earlier and heard nothing. Thanks for the update

I am just amazed they emailed one of us back!
I actually sent a reply to the email they had sent out about the payments being late which was mystery.shopping@ipsos.com
Thanks, I did send an email there yesterday but I have not yet received a response. Maybe they are overwhelmed with emails

No payment yet or response from Ipsos.
I just got paid, hopefully they've fixed the issue.
Im still waiting to be paid for two shops I completed in March that were approved for payment. I've sent 3 emails, one was replied to where she asked for my PayPal email address, I gave it to her and never heard back. I will continue sending emails until someone responds and rectifies the issue.
I have only been working with them about 5 years or so but I have only had an issue once with them but it was a systemwide issue that was resolved within 4 days.

Ipsos jobs (both Sassie and Shopmetrics) have been paying me far more quickly than most other MSCs. I'm sorry you're having an issue!
Not sure what's going on with them; I did several shops in Sassie, and took almost 2-3 WEEKS to be approved This is odd for them. They owe me shops from early-mid May. The shops show "payment pending" yet, never paid. Emailed the non responsive slugs for updates I got crickets; this is not unusual for them as they respond in 10 days... lol I am slowly not doing work for ipsos too many red flags and greed from these guys. it's a shame if they value the contractor and respond I would offer to do so much more than what is not getting done in areas they can't get people in.
