HS Brands Carpet Cleaning Shops

Good Morning,

I am looking for some intel on the carpet cleaning shops that HS Brands has. You have to reveal yourself as the shopper as they are cleaning your carpets and take a sample of the solution they are using. Has anyone done these? Thoughts? I really need the carpets cleaned so I was looking at taking one of these.

I did one and it wasn't really as bad as you would think. But that would also depend on how cooperative the employees are.

Getting pictures of the four sides of the truck and the license plate was easy. I did them while they were inside cleaning.

Getting pictures of inside the truck depends on the employees allowing you to. Mine didn't have a problem and I don't think this was the first time they had been shopped. They didn't seem to really like it, but they didn't make it difficult.

I think they want to make sure you are upsold (stain resistance, pet stain removal etc), the employees are professional and that they use the correct cleaning solutions.

They pre-treat the carpet with one solution and then the buffer uses a solution as they go.

I'm not sure you could do more than one if you're in a small town like I am. Also, most of my house is wood flooring.

Agreed, done these a bunch of times and they're easy. I don't take pictures of the truck until I reveal. Never had a problem. I've had them do area rugs downstairs along with my carpets upstairs.

I have done them twice. The first time I thought it would be hard. The second time I knew that it would be easy.

I really wanted to do one of these too! I just moved into my brand new house in February and ALL READY my kids have destroyed the carpets lol I was so stoked about the carpet cleaning job! Then I call my location, and they don't service my area

I'm literally 20 minutes away from where they area, omg I was so mad lol
