It depends. If you the location is busy with customers or understaffed you may have to wait 30-60 minutes. If this is your first audit some of the questions/task can be confusing. I recently did two for $70 each. The first one was really busy. I waited 45 minutes before I could speak with an employee. Fortunately, because the employee and I both have done this before, I was able to finish in about 20 minutes after we started. There are a few questions that can be done without assistance, and I did those while I was waiting to speak to the employee.
At the second location I was done in about 30 minutes. There were no customers and two employees. Again, both the employees and I were familiar with the audit. So experience and customer traffic make a big difference. If this is your first audit, you will probably be there an hour, and scratching your head about a few of those questions. The good part is the evaluation is easy.
There are a couple of AT&T locations I will never ever do again. They are always full of customers and I know the wait will be extreme.
