I read all the guidelines- printed them and read them twice. Then used them to try and pass the exam Some questions are downright stupid- guidelines say if you call once and no on answers call back in 2 hours. If no one answers wait til end of day for call back??? How the heck can someone call back if you did not leave a message? Questions seem really stupid- I am not an idiot yet cannot pass. Has anyone else had this issue?

My husband and I were traveling in the car. Went over questions with him too. He has a chemistry degree. We agreed on all answers. Still failed. Email the scheduler and let them know you don’t know where you are going wrong.
It isn't impossible - I got it on the 4th try. Look at the answers carefully, and switch the one or two that need to be changed - it keeps your answers from the previous try.
