Kroger

RM, email you scheduler about it, tell her about the storm, and tell her that the store postponed your pickup until tomorrow or until whatever day that they decide. She will fix the dates and you will get your stuff.

We were hit by that storm too. I didn't get to leave the house until about 15:30 this afternoon. Thankfully I was able to complete my shops because the stores filled my orders before the storm started, they just had to wait for me to be able to get there.

Strawberries sure are looking good this week!
Have to check so much produce that I can't remember what the strawberries looked like.
Well, I was able to reschedule 2 stores but there was 1 that said to email the scheduler to rescheduled. I emailed her the day before the shop (the same day the store cancelled my order) and the day of the shop and never heard anything. The shop date passed and now the shop shows as withdrawn. sad smiley

Hope that doesn't hurt my rating.

RM,

Send another email. You should not be penalized for a situation beyond your control. The schedulers there have been very reasonable and easy to deal with, at least for me. You don't need to be afraid of them.

So far only in-store in my area. No pickups or fuel. sad smiley

They just posted
Wow, that went fast. This was the first time I clicked on shops with an error message saying some other shopper got assigned already.
Pickups are available, at least they were 5 minutes ago! Maybe mostly gone by now.

I got instores and pickups for each of my regular stores. I didn’t see any fuel, but that doesn't mean they won't be added.
Anybody have a hint as to know when the shops will be posted? Last month it was the 23rd. I happened to look today and the only thing left in my area was in stores. I took a few although I would liked at least one pick up. I was under the impression that shoppers had to take pick ups and in stores on a 1-1 ratio. In my area, none of the in stores appeared to be taken but there were no pick up shops listed for those stores so I wonder where the shoppers who ma have taken the easier pick ups are shopping?? Seems fairer for shoppers to do the harder in store if they want the pick ups which are easier and reimburse more. Any thoughts?

I can't always get a pickup on the same day as my in stores. I also have a friend who only does pickups. There doesn't seem to be a requirement to do the in-store when you have a pickup.

Middle TN. I've done these jobs for over a year and have never seen them go so fast!

What area are you in?
The competition in my area is always fierce on the pick-ups in particular. But I take what I can get and consider it a win.

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg?
"Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg."

I am in Central Indiana- I was able to get some in stores but would have loved at least one pick up. Maybe next month I hope-
Me too! I will work for free groceries any day!

There was an email from the scheduler, a few months back, that warned shoppers to not only take pickup shops. Maybe it was just a warning with no follow through?
I got that email too. As pick up shops are so much easier and allow for so much more reimbursement does not seem fair that some people as someone noted above only take pick up shops. The in stores take me a good 25 to 30 minutes to check everything and then take down descriptions, etc. The pick ups are much easier. I wonder if some people are being allowed to take only pick ups which just is not fair.
The location in indiana I am in someone takes all pickups (18 of them) and all in store (36 shops) instantly within posting. Man!
Oh my how can they assign so quickly? Seems pretty hard to go thru the date part and then returning to the list of shops. Wish I knew their secret. I only shop a few stores in my area no more than 6 miles one way. Just upsets me only to get in store shops which are much more intense than ordering and picking up
