How do you report a scheduler?

What company? Ipsos and Bare are the worst. I’d like to report 20 or more people. I honestly wish there was a place to report msc for non payments, lying etc.

For non-payment, you can open a complaint with BBB. The MSCs don't want their BBB ratings to go down, so they almost always respond there.

apparently she disqualified me from all her shops because she was rude to me and I thanked her for it. I tried to complain to her manager but I havent gotten a response yet
I have been mystery shopping for almost 30 years. Nikki and Elise are both ridiculous to try and work with. I do not understand why they would rather run off good shoppers than try and work with them. I much prefer the new automated scheduling systems over dealing with people like the two of them. I wish I knew how to contact rlmsquared which is apparently who they schedule under now. They both have new email address and schedule for several different companies.

I think with Nikki, it's ego or she feels she has power over shoppers.

I think Nikki trained Elise and taught her all her bad habits.

And Nikki will close you out from all the multiple MSCs she schedules for if you mess up (in her mind) with just one MSC.
This past Spring, I learned the Nickster was scheduling for a company for whom I rarely completed work. I, without a moments hesitation, deactivated my account.
I have a problem with one of the schedulers at RBG and I have stopped doing any of their shops.

Robin Myers owns the company that Elise and Nikki both work for. Robin is as unfair and ridiculous as her two schedulers are. My suggestion would be to move on and find other companies to work for. I tried to explain and rationalize with Robin. She had no desire to listen, much less help.
I have been mystery shopping for a long time. I have never experienced anything like how they treat their shoppers.

Nikki does or used to work as a scheduler for multiple companies. If you get on her wrong side she will cut you off from any company she schedules for.

And I agree going over her head at least at RBG will have no response.
I also feel that your being a member here for 9 years and responding to this post with your 4th and 5th posts speaks worlds about said schedulers.
I think the key word is work with them. When shoppers and schedulers can work together then life goes so much easier than if we fight.
I have never experienced the slightest problem with Robin, Elise or any of the schedulers I have encountered in 20+ yrs. in this business EXCEPT the Nikster.
Perhaps being excluded at the locations after a significant incident has to do with being identified on video when they checked the feed. The location might find the IC recognizable after that.
This does not follow the simple posting guidelines for this forum: Add a positive contribution to the community, no personal insults. I have always prided myself on being professional with all shoppers, and responsive when I am contacted, but the information I have to relay may not want to be heard. I have the same expectation of my team. I do not frequent these boards and I will not be responding further here. I want it to be noted that my scheduling team has strict deadlines and protocols they must follow, and they do that, or they answer to me. I'm happy to receive emails to info@rlmsquared.com and address any questions to the best of my ability. Thank you.

1. Pointing out that your employees are dishonest and rude to the ICs they schedule is not a “personal insult,” Robin. Nikki and Elise have both acted unprofessionally towards shoppers for years - as the mountain of posts here clearly demonstrates - and you have done nothing about their conduct.

Therefore, Robin, you are part of the problem. A very large part.

2. Your schedulers are extremely unpleasant to deal with by email. They are rude, fail to correspond in a timely manner, and send contradictory and confusing instructions. If you own Reality Based Group, then you should have access to their company email accounts. I would challenge you to search their correspondence with the independent contractors.

You need to raise your expectations regarding those who are representing your company, Robin.

3. The Internet is forever, Robin, and I sincerely hope that you, Reality Based Group, Nikki Atkins, Elise Rosenblatt et al. turn up in a future client’s due diligence search. I hope that said client reads what has been written here for many years and decides to award a contract to one of your competitors instead.

RBG, its ownership and staff has been an unprofessional mess, based on YEARS of legitimate complaints from their contractors. There are dozens of shoppers (myself included) who wouldn’t touch a RBG assignment due to the distasteful behavior of your company. I hope that future clients see how you handle the complaints about your staff.

If I were deciding between two or three mystery shop providers to handle my account, I would definitely avoid such a messy, drama-filled situation- and choose one that would deliver my work professionally and treat all involved with courtesy and respect.

Kate is right.

Robin, you have never treated me badly as a scheduler or in the very few personal conversations we had years ago. And when Nikki and Elise stole from me you made it right, and I thank you for that. But you allow them to continue lying and cheating other ICs, and seem to be encouraging them to continue to do so.

I will not do any shop that has either of their names attached to it as the schedulers. I won't put myself in that position again. I have considered doing shops with other scheduler's names on them, but I'm gunshy, I just can't trust them after what I've been through with Nikki and Elise, and you still allowing them to schedule for your company.

Reading this thread has made me think back to all my dealings with Nikki, Elise, and Robin herself. They haven't been pleasant.

Years ago, when I first started out, I missed a shop that Nikki had scheduled. (I don't remember which MSC it was for, but I don't think I ever did any shops for them.) It was my fault that I missed it, and I suppose I deserved the citation. What I didn't deserve was the email she sent to all her scheduling buddies (she actually CC'd me on it as well as added the text to the citation) that went on and on (in all caps and large font, no less) about how I was a flake, and they should avoid me at all costs. Seriously? I could say the same thing about her.

My dealings with Elise have been minimal and mostly centered around a miscommunication involving a date she scheduled me for on a steakhouse shop. I still do the steakhouses because I enjoy the food, but I keep it on a self-assign basis only. If I can't self-assign, I don't do it. I won't respond if she emails or texts asking if I can do a location, even when she offers to break rotation for me to do so. It's just not worth the confusion.

I used to get emails from Robin saying my steakhouse reports were overdue when they weren't. I'd point out that it said plain as day in the Nikki/Elise emails that I needed to upload the receipt, but I had until 9am the following morning to submit the report. I finally stopped bothering to reply and would just delete her emails.

There are no personal insults in this post. Negative comments can be positive contributions to the community when they help a fellow IC avoid unscrupulous people and companies.

RBG is not the same as RLM Squared. RBG is the MSC. RLM Squared is the scheduling and editing company owned by Robin. My understanding is RLM Squared schedules all of RBG's shops.

I have never had any issues with Robin, going back as far as when she was KSSRobin. She has always been professional, responsive, helpful, and friendly to me. That is my experience. YMMV.

I don't have any issues with Elise, either. I met her briefly once many years ago at an MSPA event. She was pleasant and kind. I actually feel sad when I see so many negative posts about her. Has Nikki corrupted her?

I have worked with Marie a few times. She is friendly, professional, and courteous. Absolutely no complaints there. I look forward to her shop emails.

I avoid doing any shop Nikki schedules, regardless of which MSC has the shop. She doesn't always act up but it's just not worth it to me.
I emailed Marie tonight about some shops she scheduled. She responded in less than an hour, answered my question, and provided additional, useful information about the project. On a Sunday night! Happy shopper here.
