Hello All,
I need some advice. I was working on the T-Mobile pricing study for one of the biggest MSC's. In the guidelines it sates to visit two stores and get financing information on a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. First visit was no problem. Second visit was a Walmart (which is the store I have to visit per the shop). I visited a Walmart location convenient to my house because I can visit any Walmart per the the guidelines. This location does not have any iPhone 14 Pro Max phones in stock, therefore for whatever reason they could not provide financing information. I submitted the shop saying as such. I received a note from the editor that I have to visit another location for the shop to be accepted. I emailed the scheduler stating nowhere in the guidelines does it state if a location is unable to provide financing info I must visit another location that can. She confirmed the statement from the editor saying I had to visit another Walmart. The other brand that I shopped first ALSO did not have the phone in stock and was still able to provide financing so I feel like this is probably not an issue, but a Walmart training/employee issue. I feel like this is somewhat BS since the shop was completed per the guidelines. I really want to take issue with this higher up than the scheduler and squak about it, but feel like they have so many shoppers they would probably just drop me. I do not really want that to happen since they pretty much have a monopoly on the industry now....What say everyone???
