Texas Road House

So was contacted today by one of my Secret Shop Companies and was group thanked. Was told that there was going to be a new scheduler. Anybody know if that means a new company is handling it now?

Doubt it. But there is hope that the MSC is finally tired of all of the complaints and the rudemess of the scheduler that is usually assigned to this project. She has been a thorn in our collective sides for several years. I may actually sign in and see who the new scheduler is in May.
I wonder if it will be two like it is now or just one for all of them?

Guess we find out in a few days

Which company is this with?

Hello and welcome to the forums.. Since the client (TRX) has been named we can not say who shops them.

There is a thread at the bottom that says Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies.

Most of the companies on that list have either gone out of business or merge with other companies..

There is another thread that is up to date with all the MSC smiling smiley
Unfortunately, Nikki sent out emails today for May.

The emails I got for texas roadhouse (in California) today were by RM not NA. Maybe it's regional scheduling now?
I can state most absolutely that I never experienced a sliver of a problem when Robin was scheduling for my area. In addition, I have not any recollection of ever reading the slightest complaints with respect to the shops she assigned.
Robin does the West Coast and everyone seems to love her. Nikki does the East Coast and well, let's leave it at that.

Robin used to schedule TXR here in AL too. Nikki took over sometime after she lost her gig at the really big MSC. I miss Robin, she was easy to talk to and NEVER mean, even when she had to say no.
I thought Robin used to do the TRH shops.

When they said they will be getting a new scheduler, I figured it would be Robin smiling smiley

I never had an issue with Nikki. She always complimented, thanked me for the shop and always got back to me. I thought she was easy to work for

I also got an email from Robin here on the East coast but the shops here were split between Elise and Nikki before.

Doing assignments since the days when reports were handwritten and faxed to the MSC.

I got an email from Nikki saying that they were changing schedulers for both Bubba and TRH. I then saw Robin's posts. Love working with her. She's awesome!
I've never had an issue with the scheduler for the Mid-Atlantic, but I rarely do these anymore as they stopped paying.
I like to do the carry out shops, but I haven't seen them this month. Did they stop doing them?

Ohio
Yes

Did anyone else notice that they increased the rotation from 60 days to 90 days? I'm annoyed by that..

Wonder why they changed it? ]
The whole thread almost defies logic doesn't it,but guess its based its based in reality after all.
I got the new email from Robin for shops here in NY. She is the new scheduler taking over for Nikki. I can't be happier.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I managed to get a dine-in for this month. When they were initially posted last week, they were only available for the first three days of the month, which was ridiculous (for me, at least). Then today the dates were moved out, and a new email sent, and as a result the location which often goes immediately had both shops still available. Doesn't seem like a very good scheduling strategy to me.

I also noticed that... But now they changed it from 60 days to 90 days..
Does anyone know the tip % minimum for dine in? I typically tip 18-22% and my past notes say 15% minimum for dine in, but I couldn't find it in the guidelines.

I didn't notice it, but I don't usually do it more often than that, anyway. But that will definitely impact the more rural areas, where they were already having trouble filling the shops. Also, might explain why I was able to get the shop this time.
