Old Navy Certification Test

Hello...there is an Old Navy loyalty/credit card evaluation near my residence. The shop notes on the MSC website say I have to pass a certification to apply for the shop. The problem is...the certification doesn't seem to exist! The MSC is the hugest-of the-huge MSC and it is on their Shop Metric site. Anyone know what the name of the certification test is? I've e-mailed the scheduler and she hasn't gotten back in touch with me yet (I don't think--I'm going to check again).

TIA

I took the certification. It automatically routed me to the certification test from the survey page. I don't remember what it was called.
There are two under "Certifications."

CERTIFICATION - LOYALTY REWARDS CREDIT CARD PROGRAM PRESCREEN MS
CERTIFICATION - LOYALTY REWARDS CREDIT CARD PROGRAM NP MS
Very strange. I'm not seeing either of those. When I try to apply without finding the certification, I get:

"APPLICATION DENIED. Oops! Your application was unsuccessful. It’s either because your profile does not meet the project criteria or we’ve reached our limit on assigned shops for now. Thank you for your partnership!"
Did you scroll through the available certifications to take? They are group by category and in alphabetical order within each category.
I had the same message! I tried to apply on multiple days in case there was a system glitch, but no luck. I emailed the scheduler last night, so hopefully she can share some insight.
No age restriction. You have to have the certifications done prior to applying or you will get that message of denial. I do not know how you are trying to find the tests. They are on the SMX main page left side under "Certifications." Once you click on that three headings populate at the top of the page:

IN PROGRESS - AVAILABLE - COMPLETED

Look for them under "AVAILABLE," if you are sure you never took the two tests. Or maybe you tried a while ago and they are under "IN PROGRESS."
The "Application Denied" result is when they are over quota already for that shop in your area, and has nothing to do with your profile or certification level. They warn about this outcome in the Guidelines, which you can download if you you click on "View Job and Apply" from the Job List. You do not have to pass the Certification in order to first be assigned the shop. When they aren't over quota, you'll be able to self-assign. One the job is on your "My Jobs" page you will be prompted to take the Quiz.

I think the Application Denied message is coming up when they are over-quota. You don't need to pass the Certification Quiz in order to be assigned, just before you complete and submit the project.

I didn't see the certification test, but applied anyway. I made note of this when I applied. This is what I got:"

"APPLICATION SUBMITTED
Thanks for your interest; we will review your profile & certifications against the project and notify if we are able to progress your application."
Still no luck getting any of these jobs assigned. I apply, and my application is now being reviewed rather than  instantly denied, but I am never assigned to a shop. I sent two emails inquiring about profile restrictions but received no response.
I too have applied and the application sat until the due date passed. The due date was then extended so I applied again. It just sat for almost a week. I finally withdrew my application the morning of the due date because I was working a route out of town and did not want it to get assigned and it be due that day when I would not be available.

There are 5 of these shops on the board that are within 30 minutes of me. One required you to me a member of the rewards program, but the others require not to be. I figured I would want to complete one the required you not to be a member so I could sign up at that one then complete one at another location that required membership.

The dust just keeps collecting on the job postings and they all have a due date of tomorrow (June 27).
Yes, same...many locations that I would like to shop. I visit these stores anyway! I applied several times, but no assignment.
I just got an email from IPSOS reminding to check out all the open opportunities near me! Which are a bunch of these credit card shops that go unassigned, and 20 of the hardware store shops that are all "Application Denied" and have been for weeks. This is silly!
I could not locate such certificatis too. I bet such shops are age defined and limiited to certain age groups. I appled to for them and sent twice email to the scheduler without any answer from her.

I was able to locate certifications for the following MS only:

CERTIFICATION - Bank Issuer - BARNES AND NOBLE
CERTIFICATION - Bank issuer B&N NO PURCHASE SHOPS.

They are not tied to the shops in that top.

I did both types. The rewards one is simply pre-signing up for their rewards program if you are not already a member. It is just like a regular rewards program similar to fast food or Starbucks locations. And that rewards program is different from another rewards program those locations offer with their credit card holders. You do not need to apply for a credit card on the simple rewards program type. If they do not tell you about their credit card, you inquire if they happen to have a credit card and you gather the information and printed material they can provide. You have to practically pull teeth to get printed material as they will say everything is online, so just say: "Do you have the disclosure statement?" "I want to read the fine print on paper." The other one you act like you want to apply for the credit card and you start the application on their little terminal and get to the point where you are about to enter you SSN, but then you do not and make an excuse to do it later. On each you look around the store for signage advertising their rewards and/or credit card and note where you saw it inside the store. You need to catch a photograph of those signs, discreetly. The shop form is easy and covers these points listed above.

Actually, there really is no need for a certification, in my opinion. It is that easy. But as others have stated, I applied for another one and it sat there, so I withdrew my application. I did get paid for the ones I did, without any issues and a nice score, so I do not know what the hold out is. There are no age requirements or restrictions.
I know the scheduler who posted such shps. She does no care to much if shops will be picked. I think she getting bonuses if nobody get shops. The shops in my area still listed 6/27 as a due day.

purpleicee,

I think the issue here is, if you can't complete the test, you can't request the shops.
No tests available for Old Navy's shops....none
