Bp Certification Help

I tried several times. I have trouble taking test and this is he one thing is slowing me down. Is there a study guide or something for this?

There was a thread on this forum about two certain questions, I think, recently, that have been an issue for passing the test. Someone explained it.

The BP test tells you where in the guidelines to find the answer to each question. It is almost impossible not to pass it.

To do mystery shopping, you need to be able to read and comprehend what you are reading. Nobody can do this for you.
