Gigspot Glitch w/ Jancyn Shop

Hello, hoping someone can advise me on thissmiling smiley I did a shop for Jancyn last evening and input the report on Gigspot. I completed it all except downloading the receipt (very last thing to do on report) I got a swirl and "You do not have enough permissions to access this location". It is still on that screen as of now. I emailed scheduler last evening with a description of problem and pic of the screen. She came back this morning to say to submit it via Gigspot on laptop, which is what I did, and wrote back to say this. I have not heard from her in 7 hours. I do not want to input the report again. I've had glitches with this platform before, but it was always fixed and I didn't lose data.

It happened to me on Gigspot today for a different MSC. I ended up reentering everything...ugh.
I think what I did wrong is that I went to the report straight from the link in my email, rather than directly through Gigspot--only thing I can think of.
