BJ's, Outback, and Roadhouse - oh, my!

Alright, somebody save me from having to contact The Nikster about this. I've never done one of the BJ's takeout shops; the guidelines as of February 1st state, "YOU CAN USE THE REWARDS PROGRAM ON THIS SHOP," but yet the shop form says, "You may not use coupons or any other discounts." If I sign up for the rewards program and earn the free pizookie, does that count as a reward, or is it a discount that's not allowed?

Argh.

I have not tried a Pizookie ( dont want ice cream on a carryout), but I did use a $10 off on one of these and it was approved.

Oh, booger. Well, I guess that problem's solved. No pizookie for me.

It is funny how she can be so abrasive and condescending but can't figure out how to write unambiguous guidelines, which one would think she would want to do to avoid getting more emails.

Schedulers don't write guidelines.

Has anyone besides BOB used a Veteran's discount at TRH? I contacted Nikki, but not sure I'll get an answer before I go today. My hubby used it once when I didn't notice and the shop was accepted, but it was a very VERY small discount due to the early bird dinner. Today there's no early bird discount, so I'm hoping we can use the Veteran's discount.

Never mind...

Aha, got the answer from Nikki already.."Yes!" hooray

Are there any restrictions on the Texas Roadhouse shop about paying with a gift card? I know you can't use a coupon, although it's hidden at the very end of the guidelines and doesn't specifically say coupon, as I recall. It should definitely be in the main section.

Frustrating some TR shops were bonused pretty good but only for yesterday, and today back to nothing. I always seem to miss out on the bonus days.
I have never seen a bonused TR in my area. They are usually gone before the email comes out.
I'll consider myself lucky and take the earliest bonus next time? lol.

During the first couple covid years there were bonused some of the times. Otherwise, there are a few locations that are always hard to fill and frequently get bonused, but the bulk are never bonused.

Thanks. My local Stop & Shop supermarket is offering 10x points on TRH gift card purchases this week, so that means $5 back on a $50 gift card. Plus 5% back from Chase for supermarket purchases this quarter (although I get that at restaurants on a different card).
Has anybody ever had Outback say you can't use both the AARP 10% discount and the free bloomin' onion (for signing up for the rewards program) on the same visit? That's what they told me tonight, but they graciously allowed it "this one time."
