All it would take to knock DN off of her high horse - as well as the woman hater who oversees her - and their dim-witted male boss, would be a few anonymous reports to their client documenting the amount of times they violated their own rule - and that of their client’s - by allowing the same shopper to do the same shop in under 90 days. They’ve dumped so many of their ICs that the natural consequence is having to use the same ones under a shorter time table. That would be an awfully big loss. Surely some heads would have to roll for it.

Rotation isn't always a client requirement.

Right, now tell me how it relates to that particular shop. You ask for help but you’re really not open to it.
Stick with Non-shopperBob, SA and DJT and see where that gets you.
Huh? You aren't even making sense. I didn't ask for help with this scheduler...
You have some serious issues..
All I said was that the 'rule' being broken might not be the client's rule and therfore they wouldn't care if you told them.

@ServiceAward I did not know that I had a super power. Cool!

@alucegoose I think that @ServiceAward makes a valid point that complaining might not serve you in the long run. I do see that it could provide you with temporary relief. If you still wanted to complain, I would probably do so anonymously and not using devices that can be tracked back to you. I am grateful that I don't know who you guys are talking about except from reading posts that come up from time to time about this woman.

I don't know if her boss will defend her, but that Price guy from Customer Impact posts here from time to time and he might say that a certain experience is atypical and they will use a certain post as a learning opportunity. I am sure we would prefer that they pay more, but he is running a business and if he can find people that are doing jobs correctly and honestly, then he has to go with those low cost people.

@ServiceAward Just because we are not co-workers, doesn't give someone the license to be a jerk in this relationship. I can't imagine that you are saying that. Maybe she has personal issues. I don't know what the gain is treating people in the poor manner that many say she does.

If I were being mistreated, I would get frustrated for sure, but I would let it roll off my back. This certainly would be the case if it were one of the MSPs that had a lot of work. It would be even easier to do if they didn't have a lot of jobs.
