She has screenshot the fb profile of someone on this forum and posted it on her fb saying that this person is crazy. It’s apparently someone on here who has tried to warn people. I won’t put the persons name on here, but initials are NDA.

Some people just like to hear themselves talk.
And some people just like to be bullies. Nobody has bothered to answer any of the questions I've posed. Why is that?
If you all keep harassing her, the only ones Kayla will be laughing at is you.
But was it your intention to get on Fiver, sell your knowledge, and represent to people who were paying you $1,000 each that everything in your videos was true? That's my issue.@ServiceAward wrote:
I wanted to get on Fiver and sell my knowledge, talents and expertise last year. I made an account and I discovered the market is saturated in my field. Some of the people on there I knew, some I knew were not genuine. Yet, some of the ones that I felt were not genuine, had seller customer reviews. These people had not going through the education and training I have, yet they could very well be making more money than me. It was disheartening when I discovered it and is why I did not go through with creating that content.
I respect your opinion, @drdoggie00.

I have nothing against anybody making money, Service. It's all about intent. There's way too much here that doesn't pass the sniff test for me.

If she was genuinely interested in helping her customers succeed, she wouldn't feel threatened by them knowing this forum exists.@gigishopper wrote:
The comments that I made on her (your) Tiktok merely stated that this board was free and avalable to anyone who wanted to join (for free). My comments were deleted and I was blocked.
ETA: I just created a Facebook account. One person made a comment about how they wish they could join her program, but they don't have that kind of money to spend. Nowhere do I see where Kayla said, "All of the information is available for free online," or "You can join MysteryShopForum to receive help for free."
Zero interest in helping somebody succeed in this business. It's nothing but a deceptive money grab. Once this well runs dry for her, she'll move on to the next thing. Scammer's gonna scam, grifter's gonna grift.
Sorry, Service. You won't change my mind on this one.
ETA #2:
Person: "I just wish so badly that the program was not so expensive. It would be such a good job, it really IS a lot of money."
Kayla: "I'm so sorry, there's just a lot behind it. It took me 2 years to make this list. I lost money along the way because I fell for scams and there was no support or help. I had to hire my marketing team to help me make this program work. I also am spending so much time on this and giving individual support to everyone for a whole year. This is a lot of work and people that are helping me need to be paid as well. Not to mention the fees that go with website maintenance and all other expenses. There is nothing else out there like this. So many peoples have signed up. One has already made $900 in Orlando, FL"
My comment: "There IS something else out there like this, and it's 100% free. Unfortunately, you keep blocking anybody who posts about it. If you were truly interested in helping others succeed in this business, you wouldn't feel threatened by them knowing free help existed."
I'm sure I'll be blocked just like everybody else here.
ETA #3: Yep. As I predicted, I'm now blocked. Yay!

When something gets two pages of comments overnight we tend to run from the drama...
That said, bringing gender into the discussion is a red herring IMHO. The root of the issue is basically MSer vs influencer. We here (both men & women) tend to be task oriented. Everyone I know who does this works HARD for their $$, no matter what shops you are doing. And we are directly connected to that labor/reward.
I see groups of people that have been able to monetize social media, where there's less of a direct one-to-one correlation with the work you do to the money you earn. And their expectation for earnings tends to be higher.
The idea of asking that much money for turning over research is nuts to me, but to each their own. Those who shell out the money without doing the research are just as guilty as those who monetize it, as far as I am concerned. The same goes for all the MS conventions and training classes people shell out their hard-earned money for. There have been quite a few from this very community who have published books on how to become a shopper and profited from it. This is just a digital version of the same profiteering that has been around for a while.

Fraud is legally defined as use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of money, property or a legal right. If she posts false videos of shops and represents herself to have experience or expertise that she does not in order to entice others to pay her to share expertise she does not possess, then a good case can be made for fraud. However, I don't think anyone has suggested filing criminal charges; they merely want to protect others from her falsehoods.
According to a book she wrote, she states she was previously convicted of Felony Fraud. I previously posted a link to the book and it was taken down so maybe I'm not allowed to say this, but if you google her name and author you will see it.

When I sit back and think about the number of new people who come here and ask a simple question, then get their head bitten off, why is anybody shocked about any of this? People do not want Kayla charging, but people don't want to help anybody for free. "Figure it out for yourself" is comment I've read many times on this board since I joined. Does anybody want to address that? This is now my second time asking.
To say this as nice as i can - you shoud invest in some bigger shoulder pads. Under your 'law suit' the entire internet would be sued and in court. They have tried to shut down multiple private groups under the sams idea. Its freedom of speech and people are allowed to voice their opinion about things of intrest. Go to any social media reel about pbj and you will have 1k comments how cps should be called on the mom because she gave her kid pbj for lunch. Get with reality. Get some shoulder pads.@ksansom wrote:
This is Kayla Laughs Out Loud, my orginal account was blocked from this discussion (well noted for legal action).
I have been in contact with a lawyer in Charleston, SC and will be meeting with them later this week....

You clearly didn't read my whole post before commenting.... I've never been on this page until Thursday when I was alerted about it. I made my list over many years.
Also, Nikki was messaging my members in private messages telling them I was a fraud and scammer. I have the right to address that and fight back. I have the screenshots people are sending me. She copied and pasted the same message to so many people.
