She refuses to have a civil conversation, so of course i'm going to block her. I did not talk bad about any of y'all until y'all started these ridiculous rumors and accusations. I've stayed in my lane the entire time. I have people that want to learn how to mystery shop with true guidance and not just a free list. End of discussion because y'all are not helping this conversation at all. You just want to throw stones, and that is not productive, is it? Excuse the grammar, I am driving and using voice to text.

The way you are behaving is exactly why I cannot have a civil conversation with any of you. So i'm going to stop wasting my time and go enjoy the rest of my memorial day weekend. I know it might be extremely hard to understand but y'all do not know everything about everything and I did a lot of research and got a lot of consulting about this whole idea before I did anything. But calling Nikki "Crazy" in your public post is not defamation, at least under the definition you want to be true? I think you need new attorneys. No reputable attorney would advise you to post what you did.

So wait let me get this straight. Since you think she said far worse about you (slander) you think it's ok to slander her? How do you not see that your so called lawyer will tell you the exact same ( I may or may not know about law). You seem to not get it do you?

I'm also autistic and get grants for being a woman with disabilities. I have also contacted my Autism communities about this. Autism Speaks is ready to help me defend myself too. There is nothing wrong or illegal with what I am doing. In order to call something a fraud, you have to experience it for yourself and have documentations that you have been defrauded. None of you have signed up for this course and have no clue. What is in it. What yawler sang is pure, slander and sharing it on the pages for my business. That I am promoting that is beyond illegal.

Kayla, I very much doubt that you are the only woman on this forum with disabilities, but I cannot see how that would have anything to do with any of this.
You are going to continue to do what you do, but you have to understand that there will continue to be people who do not agree with you.

If i had my own business i would never hire someone to ms there and then give a bad review on social media so that customers have a reason not to go there. I would however want to keep the ms private so i could make changes or take necessary action. You say you went to school for ... blah blah blah... and say we are crazy and cant have a civil conversation- but you have yet to explain the logic behind the above.

So i guess im not in your universe cause i fail to understand the logic above. And you have failed to make any of us understand that.

btw...Slander is a statement that is made orally. That means spoken word. Might want to check if the attorneys went to law school.

These do not seem like the actions of a nice/good person. They seem more like the actions of someone trying to dominate a market and profit from it by utilizing bullying and scare tactics. Where is that women-helping-women attitude from your side?

And as far as a lawsuit goes, I believe you need to have a proven value for a product to sue for loss of sales. You can market a PBJ recipe all day long for any price you want, but you cannot sue for loss of sales when others point out that said recipe is commonly available for free.

One thing I have learned about attorneys in my time is that they are often profit driven. They generally do not work for free, and very few of us, if any, turn a profit from dispensing advance about mystery shopping. The mystery shopping industry in general does not make a lot of money. Most people doing this full time on all sides are just getting by. Many others fail to even do that. This leaves very little opportunity for collecting any judgement for slander, or anything else, providing you could actually win case after locating the majority of people involved, which you most likely cannot.

Feel free to screenshot this and show it to your attorney. That will save you all a lot of time, effort and money. You can also save up to $10k by not launching said advertising campaign, doing some research and realizing that the market for this may not be as great as you think. Much of the information you are attempting to monetize is publicly available. For free. Just like my advice. Completely free.
