When I've done store audits or restaurant reviews, I always hope for the best in the folks working there because I know most folks in service jobs are really trying. Yes, there are some lazy ones and lately those are the obvious ones, but overall I respect anyone working service gigs. I'm not feeling entitled to say they need to be 100% perfect. One time for a recreation center review, I had to make sure everyone had a nametag. There was one woman who was working her butt off making sure everyone was being helped and having a good time. When I wrote the review, I gave this person (I heard her name from the other staff) a glowing review for service and specifically mentioned that even though she didn't have her name tag, she was the best person at the job there. Sometimes folks can work really hard day after day after day and that one little flair item can be missed by accident so I didn't want that one thing to make them get a scolding by management later.
