Five Guys Can't Pass Cetification Test

Please help! I've tried this test like 15 times and I have read over the PDF multiple times. What am I missing? Is there a question that tripped you up? I'm thinking that it's either the store number question, the employee standards question or the receipt question?? But honestly I don't know. I have done a million of these shops so I don't know what I'm getting wrong.

Ugh! I signed online and did it and it went through! Guess it didn't work through the app. Good to know for next time!

I've had so much trouble with MS apps that I quit using them. If a MS company requires an app for all their work, that's one company I won't work for.

Although this MSC has an app (I think), I have never used it. I think I remember downloading it a long time ago and not liking it for some reason.

I like using Mobi Audit for other MSCs that use Shop Metrics platform unless it's a shop that requires a lot of narrative.

Just today I tried to find that app in the play store and every way I tried to search came up with everything except what I was looking for. It's just not there. I hate changing phones. Even lost all my saved passwords, Samsung won't transfer them.

I took it a few times. When I did not pass they told me what I missed so I changed the answers. Did that 4 times and Vola I passed Not interested in a shop unless it is bonused enough to cover the cost of food. The remb. is a good $1.60 less than I need to get a decent meal. Not traveling for a small everything.

That's understandable. I won't do them unless there's a large bonus ($25+) and they are within 10-15 miles). I do like the burgers though and I can't eat more than a small everything; I can't even finish my little fries!

Yeah I wonder what's up with that? Maybe it had so many bugs they discontinued it, but they didn't remove the information about the app from their website.

Someone snapped up the shop in my area. pay was $15. The cost of a meal with a burger fries and small soda was nearly $19 with a 17.25 reimbursement meaning that the fee paid would be decreased by the cost of the food. No thanks to them. They need to be reasonable. Food costs have risen and the $17.25 has remained the same. Their 15 minute after getting the food requirement and the repetitive report make this a hard NO.

I don't take their shops at a loss. I have my price, if I cant get that, i just wait. Some months i get my price, other months, i don't do any shops for them.

The last 2 months I did 6 shops for two locations by sticking to my plan.

Two were delivery shops where the pay was $9 and $10. The other 4 I got $30 a location.

When people take them at low prices, they can't accept that location for 30 days. AT ANY PRICE!

To me, one visit every other month for $30 beats a shop every month for $15. Less gas, less time invested, half the reports....

Do the math. And if someone flakes, they call you.

Build up a reputation with the MSC. I do believe they call me when someone flakes at my two locations and offer what I want in pay.

But YMCV.

And Fatlady, there is nothing to prevent you from starting writing the shop during thst 15 timeframe.

Just beware of cameras seeing which has also been discussed here. Personally, I've never had a problem.
