Samsung Smart Phone Shop New Requirement

I received a separate email stating from April 2025 on, whatever brand of smart phone you state you own on your first shop limits you to selecting only those shops that have that requirement. For example, I chose Samsung for my 1st as I have both a Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Now I can only accept shops requiring a Samsung owned smart phone for the rest of April. In my area, Non-Android smart phone has more shops available. Apple has tons available.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I must advise fellow shoppers they are very strict and will drop your project quickly. To me it seems they are very eager to drop you then to give you a chance.
I saw that requirement too. I have a phone from both brands. So far, no issues for me.

I think the new project manager has been doing some weird things with at least one shop that's only available in certain cities. It's usually double the rate. Fee got slashed in half when it was re-posted. Then, went for five times the lower rate, presented as a low fee and large bonus. It's been sporadic and interesting!

What difference would it make if you said you had one phone or the other., They don't ask to see your phone.
I wrote to them trying to understand their logic, but they did not write back. I don't understand the purpose of this.

I struggled a bit with completing the questions because my interaction was very customer driven and I had to really push that rep to get enough to even answer the questions. The editor asked me about what appeared to be a contradiction and tried to help me with the form. I didn't get the impression they were eager for an exclusion at all, quite the opposite.
I had someone yesterday that just wouldn't demonstrate any features. I even asked him "can you show me how that works?" He didn't. He just kept saying Siri was better than before and she can do more, but couldn't tell me what. These shops aren't too bad, it is just finding the ones I can do. I wish they would extend the dates out a bit more. They are out through May 19th. I have time on the 20th, but can't sign up for any.
Reading the last two posts, it appears the shop is to determine the knowledge of the sales rep. From the last two posts, the sales rep had none.

Exactly. Mine gave incorrect information about their payment options as well as not knowing about the phone itself. I had to pursue every answer, even their name. Otherwise, we would have just stood there looking at each other.
