Gas Stations/Convenience Stores - Unable to complete

If you can't complete a gas station or convenience store shop because the location has either closed or been rebranded - how did that work out for you? how did the MSC respond?
I assume you take photos as best you are able to prove this.
Thanks

Whenever this has happened to me, I usually file my report on or near the site. This is in order to ensure that any photos requested are easily made. My experience has been that when I've completed the report at home or not near the site, I've found that there might be a photo needed that I did not have or did not take correctly to suit myself.
Bare,

In the guidelines it'll tell you exactly how to handle it. Most closed locations require a curb appeal pic, and some require one or two additional pics. And if it's an Insta shop for the blob, you'll probably get half pay. There is one gas station brand that still expects you to buy gas, and get a gas receipt, and purchase something inside, if possible. Or prove that you can't, regardless of the condition of the property. The only way they say it's "closed" and you can't buy anything is if they are out of gas.

Read your guidelines, they are in your shop, just click the link and read it before you spend money or jump through hoops.
And if it is not in the guidelines, at minimum get an overall photo and a photo of the PID. A photo showing the number on the building (or a street sign if there is none) and a photo showing the store hours might help too.
This just happened to me: a Valero was rebranded as a Sinclair. I took all the photos that were required for the Valero and submitted it as rebranded. It was all the same photos, except that no inside shop was required. I did go in and tell them what I was doing with the LOA, just in case he was wondering. GOt paid as usual.

When the store was closed during business hours, I took all the required photos I could and submitted as usual. The only one that was off when I submitted was a Phillips 66 and they reached out and ask if I took more photos which I had and I submitted them.
The guidelines were silent on how to handle this.

I took photos, timestamped, dated and addressed.
We'll see.
Appreciate the feedback.
