Five guys certification stuck on question

Hi I’m stuck on the question asking What are the store numbers from receipt examples included in the certification test manual? Mark all that apply: for a five guys certification test if you’ve gotten that done and don’t mind sharing the answer I’d appreciate it because the picture example does not include any number listed.

I must not need to recertify and can't see the test, but I know when you fill out an actual report for 5G, the store number is listed as the state and then 4 numbers (i.e. KY-1733) and you only list the last 4 numbers and don't include the letters. Is this what they are asking?

They put that question on there to see if you actually read or just skimmed. It's easy to miss but you will find it if you actually read the whole thing. Don't bother trying to spot it on the grainy image of a sample receipt.

Yep that is it, do not include the letters, ie KY but just the numbers

I couldn't find it on my phone, and had to switch to my laptop. On my phone I wasn't seeing the full guidelines for some reason.
