Question everyone about the S MMP 2025 reveal audits on Presto

Hello all! Has anyone had issues with some of the Shell shops saying there are duplicate photos and know how I can fix the issue at all? I have completed one of these, been rejected due to my own newness overlooking details I didn't realize I needed, and one for “duplicate” photos that I could not figure out for the life of me how to fix. When they were reposted I apparently naively thought I could redo those two shops that were rejected now that I successfully completed another one at a different location and I understood the assignment better. Now, both those shops are telling me there are duplicate photos when I go to submit them, when there are definitely not! I have gone back to the locations multiple times for both specific assignments and locations, and I have to travel 35 miles one way to visit these locations. Does anyone have any insight or anything at all please?? TIA Tasha

1. Delete all previous shop photos from your phone as you are most likely uploading a duplicate photo.
2. If you see an infraction you MUST take a new photo, don't use the same photo you used for the pump/ pid / store / etc.
3. Take all photos & submit onsite using Presto. Don't just take the photos and upload into the slots later. This will make sure you don't duplicate photos.
I had a presto shop for a different gas brand have the same issue. It said that I was using a duplicate photo. I went through every photo, and they were all different. The shop was accepted with no issue.
It is because of the fuel receipt. You have to upload it twice when it doesn't doesn't print. You can ignore that message and submit with no problems.
It seems strange. Over many years I have definitely uploaded duplicate photos, accidentally, of course. Especially with Shell, after uploading 30 to 60 pictures per report, I have no interest in trying to find out which one it is at the time so I submit anyway. And Presto sure isn't telling. I have never had a report rejected because of it. Always, the editor will send it back to me stating what the problem is. Normally, I did something stupid like uploading pump 4 in the slot for pump 4 and then also again in the slot for pump 5 because I didn't see the correct number on the tiny phone screen. I fix it. They approve it. Done. Never a rejection for that particular issue.

Or just take 2 pics of the receipt.
I wish that would be the case but I've already been rejected once from the same exact assignment/location for the same supposed reason. I have collected around 100 photos and even a video of both locations, traveled back and visited them multiple times, and even used someone else's phone so that there weren't ANY other photos of anything from the location previously. Not sure what else to do. Thank you for the responses guys.
Dang, i wish I could either figurebour what the issue is or it govtgrough like but should in the first place.
I received the fuel receipt at the pump though. I only submitted each receipt once.
I did that when completing these two shop assignments for the second time around, and it still isn't working. One of them got submitted already without me doing so while I was reviewing the other one. I am 35 miles from the locations and can't afford ANY more extra trips without knowing it will get fixed and be approved. I would be willing to go back yet AGAIN if I knew that at least some of my gas from all these two shop visits altogether would be recovered.
Sometimes when I upload a photo into the wrong slot, and then upload the correct photo without first deleting the wrong one using the Delete button in the app, I get that message. The first photo stays inside there somewhere, and triggers the duplicate warning.
Those shops must have an excellent fee posted. I surely would not go through all of that hassle otherwise.
Another possibility is you uploaded a photo as an infraction, and then determined it was in error. When you deselect the infraction, the photo will still be there hidden.

That's extra work, lol.
You don't upload the receipt photo twice when it doesn't print. One photo is the receipt, one photo is the 'infraction' so a photo of the screen that says 'see attendant' or a photo of where the receipt should come out of but didn't.

So you're taking your photos & then coming home to submit.. stop that. Answer each question on site, and upload each photo in the order of the report then submit...

Those that have been doing this a while don't do the report in order but if you are NEW then you need to just go step by step

MMP is unique in that they want the receipt, not the screen
Take every picture at least twice, some you'll need more than 2, except the traffic vest pic. Never use the same picture twice. And take pics you don't think you need, because you most likely will need them. Do all of your paperwork and input on site, don't take it home, at least until you're sure you have enough and all of the pictures you need.

This works for ALL gas station shops.
I just did multiple routes, over the past 3 weeks I completed over 75 Shell locations. Every single one approved. SEVERAL where the receipt didn't print.
When this occurred I entered a photo of the screen if it said 'see attendant' (I always have my phone ready to take the photo if that message pops up) or a photo of the receipt printer if there was no message. And I even had a few that I had to pay inside as the ICR was not working. There I took a photo of the card reader.

The receipt photo still goes in the receipt slot.

I thought about that as well and started clearing the existing photo before uploading a new one.
I always snap three quick photos of each pump just in case I miss something and they later want a unique photo of an infraction. I've learned the hard way to capture tons of photos just in case.
Are you trying to resubmit a shop that was rejected with new photos but the same receipts for gas/ in store purchase?

Okay, well one of them got submitted somehow without me intending to at all, but for the other one maybe I'll be able to go give it another try. I will if ever doing in the future do it all there including submitting it. I thought that as long as I checked in at the location (and this last time I inserted all fuel pump photos as I went through them while at the store) that I could say bmit the “report summaries and everything@ later. Big bummer. That does seem like an awful lot of time for the usual pay. Thank you Viv and More
Well, not at first but I was still very new and didn't realize how much it would entail. After being rejected, reposted and nobody else picking them up or getting rejected.. The few got pretty good I must say. IF it wasn't such a hassle, time-consuming, frustrating, and costly in every way by being rejected and having issues repeatedly.
No, EVERYTHING is being completed as abrans new assignment/visit. I deleted all info and photos from the rejected submissions.
Thanks, I learned to do that and even video/audio/timers if I am able so, I definitely look like I have more than enough photos and made sure to enter them into the first one and move all photos to their own folder before taking any new ones for the next place. I did learn quickly however to take plenty of extra photos and I fit sure did this time. I'm going to get a phone just to send photos for each shop to and then delete them off my current device immediately after finishing uploading and submitting one report at a time! Too bad I always have to keep learning the difficult expensive way!
There are so many issues with Presto. I get so frustrated trying to complete a Shell job (just Shell jobs, no other job). I receive error messages that say that they can't obtain my photo from my phone and there are duplicate pictures, etc. When I get the duplicate picture error, and I know there aren't any duplicates, I will submit the job anyway. If the MSC wants anything else from me, they will send the job back to me and request it.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I get those messages from time to time, and I ignore them. It has yet to be an issue.
