Weird issue: I took a Gas Station shop ages ago with a company on ISS that has pizza, and they cook to order items. Long story short, a mistake was made. When said scheduler initial A texted for details I admitted truth and apologized. She was quite bi*chy but I remained my usual kind self. I was rudely told I was banned from their company and any companies they help which is a lot. Okay.

Move to months ahead, I receive a new text from her again stating if I ever apply and do ANY of their company listed affiliated shops they would not be paid. I thought she meant my 22 yo daughter and proved to her (she is not me). Nope! A. then said no, and literally accusing me of having 2+ accounts on ISS. Huh?! I told her to leave me alone and I can not be expected to know all of the companies they work with. She continued on with accusing me of conspiring on ISS. I kept my cool throughout and honestly have no idea why this lady isn’t focused on more important things than little me in a country town. I asked repeatedly to be left alone and she kept going.

My question:

Should I report this and the screenshots of the messages to their CEO, etc?

It’s not my style as I have great relationships with most people in this business, and that is usually my last option. I feel she pushed it too far. I explained things about my life and if/why I had 2 accounts which frankly is not her business.

It is NEVER allowed by any MSC I've EVER worked with to have multiple accounts. Period.

There is most likely a LOT more to the story, and the OP is probably using their daughter's name to do the shops to get around being blocked.

I think the MSC fingered that one out just fine and did the right thing.

I think I may know who "A" is and I have had a lot of contact with her recently. She's not a bad editor, but she has asked me to take shortcuts, like giving her the information she needs to finalize the shop instead of sending it back to me to correct. And editing my narratives so that they no longer convey what I was trying to convey. But she's isn't bad, I just wish she would leave my narratives alone.

More to story:

I had 1 email back when then had 1lb premature infant and quit ANY work and cared for her. I lost/forgot password when returned (she was stable, feeding tube out, etc. these are things A didn’t NEED to know). I couldn’t use my Direct TV either as that password ran ATT. ATT came at old house and fixed it after new husband spent hours on phone. By then I had years w new email and got fire stick. I needed the old email to see if TRUST documents were there as had to have.

I had/have the 2 emails on many shopping accounts and where I have found them, I have inactivated/deleted one.

I comment Presto as I literally had 2 and couldn’t remember which one was “new”. Their IT guy was KIND and COMMUNICATED which is all I would ask for from A. He asked if I knew/realized I had 2. I said i only want 1. He offered to delete the oldest. Pow. Solved. Kindness is best.

I’ve LIVED and had massive DEATH in the last 20 years of doing this so truly can’t remember everything.

I definitely have no need or desire to argue. The issue here is she came at me privately on my cell phone, not my shopping email or through iss proper mediation channels. She come privately and it wasn’t just one final “you’re gone” message but like a “beat the dog to the corner” written 10 more. I should never have to threaten legal and such. She has so much to learn in her professional career.

Oh, I’ve never used my daughter’s account. She is 22, 5’2”, 95 lbs, and is on camera WITH me on many shops and her head shot w social security is on ISS. She does philanthropy and likes to do certain shops to keep her social, math, and writing skills up. Period.

I have plenty of shops without multiple or my daughter’s account. I’m blessed to take what I want and it’s just extra to put in my daughter’s trust.

I don’t owe exclamation but I’m adamant that I don’t want her bullying others. It was awful and uncalled for. I would unfortunately have had to note this in her record and discuss it with her back when I ran nursing units. Ugh!

Backstory doesn’t matter. She is harassing you. Go over her head. As she has already promised that you’d be banned, what harm can they cause you if you explain the 2 account situation and offer proof that 2 were never used concurrently? Even without that, once you told her to leave you alone and she continued, she crossed the line. She needs to be introduced to consequences for her actions.
